ugh..i weiged 132.8 lbs AGAIN this morning! It must be water weight since its not budging. I've already run 3 miles this morning and burned 300 calories, i plan on doing another 600 calories in a few hours. I plan on only eat apples and yogurt for today and maybe a grapefruit. I should be good the rest of the day and i'll do my best to stay strong this weekend when i am surrounded by family and food.

i had another good day: ate only 700 calories and worked out 770 calories. I am weighing myself tomorrow and really hope that the bloating and water weight has gone down. My brother graduates this weekend and i want my family to see how much weight i have lost! Send any inspiration my way please!!!!

So even though i gained 1.4 lbs in 3 days from hopefully water weight, i had a pretty good day. I only had a yogurt (60), a tiny bowl of cereal (120), an apple (100 - and negative calories!), a yogurt smoothie (70), salad (neg. cal), and half of a turkey sandwich (~150). That's a total of 500 calories and it is 7:47 pm. I am done eating, just going to drink my 1 liter of Crystal Light water and chew some gum before bed time at 11 pm. I won't weigh myself until Friday, but I have been soooooo good the last two days and I know i will be good tomorrow (i'm working out twice tomorrow) and on thursday, too. I really hope that the weight comes off!! I am 132.8 now and want to be 129 by friday!!!!

SOOOO MAD!!!! I weighed 132.8 lbs this morning! How do i gain 1.4 lbs in 3 days without eating anything and working out? i swear this better be water weight gain from PMS. i am supposed to get my period in about 8 or 9 days so i don't know if this is normal or what. I hate this! I am so un-motivated now. Today i've had 180 calories so far but i can't work out today so i am pissed off even more.

i'm weighing myself tomorrow so today i've burned 930 calories at the gym and only eaten 600 calories. I weighed 131.4 lbs on saturday so i hope to be down to 130.4 by tomorrow and in the 120's by Friday!!!!
